The article called „State Street Tests a `Rosetta Stone` for Bank Databases“ does relate to ACTUS as a financial standard comparable to a Rosetta Stone, which allowed translation of Egyptian hieroglyphics into Ancient Greek. So in essence a financial contract that uses a common language which is readable by humans or machines.
